The whole process from start to finish was seamless. All questions were promptly addressed and explained. Couldn't have been a better experience! The listing of a home in itself is very stressful so to have a realtor who will take care of all of the miscellaneous items is a stress reliever!

What good things can I say about Jackie Paul - more than can fill this box. I cold-called Jackie after seeing wonderful reviews online after having a terrible experience with a realtor (poor communication, response time, lack of professionalism or time-sensitivity). Jackie was immediately responsive and asked me some pertinent questions and by that SAME afternoon, we met and set up the MLS search. Impressive turnaround time. Jackie was able to show properties in a small window of time we had available due to hectic work schedules and facilitated an intelligent and well-informed offer the same week on a place we loved. Within a few days, we were under contract and because of Jackie's expertise and vast wealth of knowledge about the locale, secured a wonderful price that exceeded our own expectations. We are first-time home buyers. Jackie was patient, ALWAYS prompt with her communication, and was more than happy to sit down and explain to us every step of the process since we're relative property virgins! When some unexpected bumps came just before closing, Jackie advocated for us and was able to schedule our closing at the eleventh hour when we thought we might have to wait until the end of the week. Whether you are new to home ownership or are buying/listing a multi-million dollar property, I can't recommend anyone more highly than Jackie Paul. She is more than just an intelligent and knowledgeable realtor, she is a cheerleader, a sounding board, and an honest trustworthy advocate for her clients. Buying a home isn't just about turning the key, it’s about the journey - as we learned the hard way, be careful about selecting your realtor and do research before you just "inherit" someone from a listing you looked at or throw a dart at the phone book. All I can say is, it's inconceivable to me that you could choose Jackie Paul as your realtor and not have an exceptional experience. She is one of the best in her industry and I can't thank her enough for everything she did for us.
